- Please be aware that the authentication process takes 48–72 hours. This excludes weekends and legal holidays.
- Weekends and public holidays are not included in the 24 hour turnaround service. Before placing an order for an authentication service, please check your calendar.
- Tangerine & Our Third Party Authenticators in the USA will provide a Certificate of Authenticity or In-Authenticity for all basic authentication services, which just specifies whether an item is Real or Fake. Charges are may vary according to the authentication certificate required.
- We provide you the authenticity certificate via email, where you may download it and print it.
- We are able to send a physical mail-in authentication, but there may be additional shipping fees.
- Please refer to the service list above if you require a more in-depth report.
- The service fee we charge is not refundable.
- Please be aware that the majority of vintage items lack style names.
