TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Please be aware that trying on clothing during COVID-19 is not allowed.
  2. Private viewing times must be scheduled in advance. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. The private viewing fees are waived in the case of an immediate sale.
  4. If a product is ordered during the private viewing appointment, additional shipping fees can be charged.
  5. Video Calls must be scheduled between 24 and 48 hours in advance, depending on availability.
  6. Unless a booking fee is paid, Tangerine Luxury cannot hold any products for a customer.
  7. In the odd case that a product is being sold or requested by another client prior to the private viewing appointment, our sales representatives will present the product to you through a VIDEO CALL.
